FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Are a Visa and Passport required to travel to Egypt or Dubai?
Visas are not required for visits less than 90 days. You must have a valid passport with at least 6 months validity remaining after our trip date of April 2026. Your passport should also have at least one blank page for your entry stamp.
I’m worried that I may be too old or too young to travel with your group.
When it comes to travel, your age will not affect your experience. We’ve comfortably planned trips for ladies between the ages of 30-55 and we’re sure you’ll find this trip just as exciting as our clients before you.
How does your payment plan work?
Firstly, our payment plans are not tied to any credit facility. That means you won’t be paying interest. When you return home, there won’t be a bill or balance waiting for you. What you see, is what you’ll pay.
Do I need to work with a travel agent for my trip to Egypt or Dubai?
Not at all. But, if you want to avoid the hassle of trying to figure it out all on your own, then that’s where we come in. I’ve painstakingly planned an adventure for you and will be there if anything happens.
Can I add airfare?
Yes! About 6 months prior to departure you’ll receive an email asking if you’d like to include airfare. There will be an option to add round trip airfare from JFK within the email. If you need airfare from a different airport simply reply to the email and indicate your closest airport.

Automatic Billing Option:
Initial payment is due at the time of booking
Payments will be calculated at the time of billing into equal amounts
Your invoice will detail your billing schedule
Automatic billing is available free of charge

Flights are quoted out of JFK, if you require a flight from a different airport the price will be adjusted for the change
Price increases due to rate changes and/or airport changes will be reflected in the final invoice
Travel Tips:
Ensure your passport is valid for six month past the travel date
A credit card will be required at check-in for incidentalscom
30 days prior a what’s app group will be created
Land Only Package:
You are required to make your own flight and hotel transfer arrangements
Pay close attention to dates when booking your flights
Travel Insurance:
Travel insurance is highly recommended. There are many options to choose from, make sure to research and find the right option for you
You will receive a follow up email offering a quote from Travel Safe
Travel insurance should be purchased within the first 21 days of your deposit

Ensure you name appears as it is on your passport when booking. There is a $75 fee for any name changes
Making monthly payment keeps your reservation currents
